NACN Northern Area Community Network - Glens Healthy Places Project
During November 2019 to March 2020 the Glens Healthy Places Programme was lead by NACN across the Glens DEA (District Electoral Area) in partnership with a Local Implementation Group that brought operational expertise across health, social care, public health, participatory budgeting and Community Planning.
The project focused on Participatory Budgeting (Armoy Open Pot),
Glens Men, Small Grants and Fresh Little Minds.
This new phase of the project was supported by the Department of Health and administered by Community Foundation for Northern Ireland (Phase 2).

Good Practice Visit to Clonaneese Hall
30 attendees got a chance to view the excellent new facilities in Clonaneese Hall on
Thursday 30th June 2022 organised by COSTA.
The evening included the COSTA AGM with Guest Speaker Hanna Kirckpatrick of Rural Support followed by a Fork Supper.
The Good Practice Visit viewed the fabulous facilities funded under the NI Rural Development Programme 2014 - 2020 via Mid Ulster Rural Development Local Action Group.
The project was also match funded by the NI Housing Executive and Mid Ulster District Council.
Hall Location: Beside Upper Clonaneese Presbyterian Church,
4 Clontyclevin Rd, Dungannon BT70 1SE.
